Quinta da Torre offers to its customers the possibility of canceling their reservation by writing an email to [email protected] or by telephone +351 258 022 140 (call national landline) at least 48 hours in advance of the date of the visit. In this case, the customer may choose to carry out the visit to another date to be agreed with Quinta da Torre, within a maximum period of six months, or for a refund via bank transfer to the account  that gave rise to the payment. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before booking or in case of no-show, no refund will be made.

Quinta da Torre reserves the right to change the content, route or duration of the visit for reasons that justify it, such as adverse weather conditions, works, power cuts, mechanical or computer breakdowns, … without the customer having any right to any compensation. If the visit is canceled for reasons attributable to Quinta da Torre, the full payment will be refunded.
